A marvelous new apartment restored by skilled professionals to offer guests the most enjoyable combination of luxury and charm possible with an interior that’s as bright, comfy and as pleasurable as can be!

A gentle stroll to the Punta Della Dogana (Center of Contemporary Art) and to the Church of Madonna Della Salute, and within easy reach of a variety of bars and restaurants including Cantinone Gia Schiavi and Osteria Al Squero for pre-dinner aperitivi, and Ristorante Riviera and Ai Gondolieri for fine dining Venice-style.

A scenic waterside stroll to the Conad supermarket at the Zattere’s western end, and close to four vaporetto (water bus) stops – Zattere,  Zattere Spirito Santo, Salute* and Accademia – for easy travel around town, plus the Alilaguna boat stop connecting the Zattere to Venice’s Marco Polo Airport.

A short walk to the ‘traghetto’ gondola ferry at Calle Lanza/Calle del Traghetto S. Gregorio which ferries passengers across the Grand Canal to the district of San Marco.
